What outbid.media is

outbid.media sells visibility slots on public ranking boards. You buy a slot at the price displayed at the time of purchase for a fixed duration of board time. The price for that rank then rises for the next buyer. There is no auction, no bidding, no losing party, and no element of chance. Every purchase is a digital service delivered instantly.

How a purchase works

The price shown before you pay is the price you pay. Buying a rank that is held moves the current holder down one position; nobody is removed and no one loses paid time. Holders pushed below rank 10 wait on a bench with their remaining board time frozen and resume automatically when a slot opens. Board time counts down only while your listing is visible in ranks 1–10.

Acceptable use / listing policy

You may not buy a slot for, or link to, any of the following:

• Adult content;
• Gambling or betting;
• Cryptocurrency trading, tokens, or exchanges;
• Financial services or investment products;
• Pharmaceuticals or controlled substances;
• Anything that requires a licence in the buyer's jurisdiction and lacks one;
• Sites you do not own or are not authorised to promote;
• Content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes others' rights.

We may remove any listing that breaches this policy without notice, and may block the associated domain and email from future purchases.

Paid placement disclosure

All placements on outbid.media are paid. Rankings reflect what buyers have paid and the board's pricing mechanics, not an editorial judgement of quality.

Listings and content

We generate a listing page for each purchase by summarising publicly available information from the listed site, rewritten in our own words. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the site you submit. You can request removal at any time.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant slot.
