What we collect

• The site URL and email you provide at purchase.
• Payment records from our payment processor (we never see full card details).
• Basic analytics: clicks sent to your listing, referrer, and country.
• Publicly available information from the site you list.

How we use it

To deliver your slot and listing page, send you the listing link and expiry notices, prevent abuse, and produce the public per-listing statistics shown on your page (days ranked, peak position, clicks). We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who acts as an independent controller of the payment data you enter with them. See their privacy policy for details.

Retention

Financial records are retained as required for tax and accounting. You can request deletion of your listing and associated email at any time via support@outbid.media, subject to records we must keep by law.
