Refund Policy

A slot is a digital service delivered instantly: the moment your payment clears, your listing goes live on the board. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable. The specific cases below apply.

If you remove your own listing

No refund — the service was delivered. Your listing is taken down and your rank is freed immediately.

Third-party takedown

If a listing is bought for a domain the buyer does not own or is not authorised to promote, we remove it and issue a full refund to the payer. The domain may be blocked from future purchases.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are handled by our payment processor. A listing subject to a chargeback is removed and its rank revoked, and the domain and email may be blocked.

Pricing note

Removing a listing never lowers a rank's price. A freed rank keeps its current price and resumes its normal daily decay.
